Conditions of Use

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "jdace88" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming website operating at jdace88.com and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, sub-domains, and services offered thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on jdace88 and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on jdace88, through which all gaming activity and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using actual funds deposited into a Player's jdace88 account, as distinct from any free-play or demo-mode activity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional rewards granted to a Player's account by jdace88 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-authorized body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by jdace88 before approving withdrawals and in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applicable to jdace88's operations under Philippine law.
• "Gross Gaming Revenue" or "GGR" means the total amount wagered by Players minus the total winnings paid out by jdace88 over a given period.
• "Force Majeure" refers to circumstances beyond jdace88's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, government orders, or acts of war.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to jdace88 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with the age restriction for casino-style gambling under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jdace88 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify a Player's age. If age verification fails, jdace88 will immediately suspend the account and may forfeit any balance in accordance with regulatory obligations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jdace88 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. jdace88 bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a Player's unauthorized access from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a jdace88 account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address.
• Create a unique username and a strong password for your jdace88 login credentials.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and jdace88's Privacy Policy in their entirety.
• Confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise subject to enhanced due diligence requirements under Philippine AML law without prior disclosure to jdace88.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on jdace88. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jdace88 reserves the right to close all accounts linked to the same individual, forfeit all associated balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR where applicable.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdace88 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jdace88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jdace88 will not be held liable for any losses, whether financial or otherwise, arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jdace88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, SSS ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or any other government-issued photo identification. You may also be asked to provide proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in a hold on your withdrawal requests until compliance is satisfied.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. jdace88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month against any remaining balance in an inactive account, after providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the email address registered on the account. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after the inactivity period without further notice.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the permanent closure of their jdace88 account at any time by contacting customer support via the 24/7 live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, jdace88 will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified funds to the Player's registered payment method, subject to applicable wagering requirements and KYC completion, before formally closing the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jdace88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. jdace88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the jdace88 platform. jdace88 reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, including for fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to KYC completion, bonus wagering requirements, and fraud screening. jdace88 will process all withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with our AML obligations. jdace88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jdace88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs incurred by Players using non-PHP payment methods are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by jdace88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where specific terms are silent on a particular matter, these General Terms & Conditions shall apply as the default governing framework.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a jdace88 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not to any accompanying deposit). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game category are listed in the promotions section.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

jdace88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts, provided false information, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting low house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements — will be disqualified from all promotions and may face permanent account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless specified otherwise in the promotion's terms, bonus funds that remain on a Player's account without any wagering activity for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of credit will expire and be removed from the account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to check the expiry conditions of each bonus before claiming.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on jdace88 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and crash games — is governed by its own specific rules accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during gameplay, jdace88 reserves the right to void any bets affected by the technical issue. jdace88 will not be liable for any losses arising from such technical failures, and any winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are void and will not be paid out.

6.3 Game Integrity

All casino games on jdace88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally accredited game developers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game's information panel. jdace88 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical capability to do so, as game logic resides with third-party certified providers.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jdace88, including coverage of PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and international football, are governed by the Sports Betting Rules published separately on the platform. In the event of a conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these General Terms, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail for sports-related matters.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jdace88 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any card game, live casino game, or sports betting market.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors in sports betting odds.
• Conducting transactions that constitute, facilitate, or disguise money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your jdace88 account to any third party.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behavior toward jdace88 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent jdace88's geolocation, identity verification, or self-exclusion systems through use of VPNs, proxy servers, or any other means.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

jdace88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players engage with jdace88 as a form of entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some individuals. We take our obligations in this regard seriously and provide a suite of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

8.2 Player-Controlled Limits

• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the jdace88 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and cannot be reversed at the Player's request during the exclusion window.

8.3 Age Verification Obligation

In compliance with Philippine gaming regulations, jdace88 strictly enforces the 21-years-and-above age restriction. Players who are found to be under the legal age after account registration will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonuses credited.

9. Privacy & Data Use

jdace88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our separately published Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, fraud prevention, KYC/AML compliance, and service improvement. jdace88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary for operational and compliance purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jdace88 platform — including but not limited to the jdace88 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of jdace88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jdace88 content without prior written permission. Your right to use jdace88 is limited to a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law:

• jdace88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• jdace88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• jdace88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jdace88 shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in service resulting from Force Majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause limits jdace88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, nor does it exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.

12. Termination & Suspension

jdace88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Instruction or order received from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Identification of the account as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback claim from a payment processor relating to funds deposited into the account.

Upon termination for cause, jdace88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is substantiated following investigation, any legitimately earned balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Termination by jdace88 for cause does not entitle the Player to any compensation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jdace88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jdace88 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to the address registered on the Player's account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the jdace88 platform, before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of jdace88 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jdace88 and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who access jdace88 from outside the Philippines agree that Philippine law governs their use of the platform, irrespective of conflict-of-law principles.

Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

15.3 Regulatory Escalation

In the event that a dispute remains unresolved following jdace88's formal dispute resolution process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority overseeing jdace88's operations under Philippine gaming law.
